About Women in Finance Dublin

Are you ready to rebalance the leadership equation?

Following sell-out events in London, Sydney and Amsterdam, we are bringing the world’s largest conference series dedicated to driving gender diversity in Finance to Dublin.

Female talent remains one of the most underutilised business resources. As career level rises, female representation declines. Fewer than one in five CEO positions in the financial sector in Ireland went to women last year. Ireland has seen its gender pay gap widen from 12% in 2014 to 14% in late 2017. There is clearly a need for change.

Whether you work for a financial services organisation or a fintech, it’s easy to hire women. The challenge is how to keep that pipeline going to ensure business success. In February 2018, while 18% of Non-Executive Directors of companies listed on Euronext Dublin (ISEQ) were women, the proportion fell to only 7% of Executive Directors, i.e. those in management positions.

It is now more crucial than ever to continue the conversation around gender equality in the workplace, as the finance industry intensifies its efforts to tackle gender imbalance, drive innovation and create competitive advantage.

Are you hungry for unique insight and practical tips to help fulfil your personal and professional goals? Would you like to network with your peers and learn from others facing common challenges? Are you ready to learn how to improve diversity and inclusion within your organisation?

Become an integral part of the movement challenging traditions and join a vibrant community of over 500 professionals to break the mould and stand out from the crowd! Men are MORE than welcome to attend!

Women in Finance Dublin will provide you with 10 CPD hours
